Early Access Voices
Real organizations. Specific modules. Early days, honest observations.
We run about 40 events a year. Before Krato, contracts were in DocuSign, invoices in Wave, and the client list was a Google Sheet. The first time I sent a contract and the invoice from the same screen I thought something had broken. It had not.
We have 1,400 active members. Three people manage all of it. Moving from three tools to one was harder than expected for the first two weeks, but the volunteer scheduling module alone saved us a part-time coordinator role.
We run twelve people across four client accounts. The moment that changed things was realising I could send a contract, raise an invoice, and log the follow-up call without leaving the contact record. That used to be three tabs, two exports, and a Slack message to chase someone down.
I run a six-person consulting practice. I was paying Mailchimp, Calendly, and HubSpot separately for tools that did not talk to each other. The link management module was the unexpected one. I had not thought about it until I saw click-through by contact in the analytics panel.
We send about 4,000 emails a month to our members. Deliverability in the first few weeks was not as strong as our old ESP. The team adjusted the sending domain config with us, and it has been solid since. The knowledge base module is what I would not have thought to ask for.
We produce content for eight brand clients. Having the social scheduler and the client CRM in the same place changed how we report. Instead of exporting from Hootsuite and matching it to HubSpot manually, the engagement data is already on the contact. The QR module was a surprise addition to two client campaigns.
Vision
Every organization on earth, operating at its full potential.
Replace 14 disconnected tools with one platform, one data model, one source of truth. For any organization, at any scale.
Values
Radical Simplicity
Complexity is the enemy of execution. Every design decision removes friction, not adds features for its own sake.
Data Sovereignty
Your data belongs to you. No training on your content. No selling signals. Export everything, always.
Operational Honesty
No dark patterns. No manufactured urgency. No lock-in traps. If Krato is not right for you, we will say so.
Compounding Value
Each module strengthens every other. The longer you use Krato, the greater the network effect inside your own operation.
For entrepreneurs
From idea to full operation in days. Krato gives you the infrastructure that used to require a technical team, a budget, and four consultants.
For growing businesses
Replace the patchwork of SaaS tools. One login, one bill, one place where everything your team needs actually lives. No sync jobs breaking at 2am.
For large organizations
Multi-site, multi-brand, multi-team. Krato scales with the architecture your operation requires, not the other way around. Full audit logs on every action.
For nonprofits
Donor CRM, volunteer scheduling, event ticketing, email campaigns, digital contracts. The complete infrastructure at a fraction of the combined SaaS cost.
Import your data
Bring in your contacts, email lists, and history from any CRM or ESP. Migration support is included. Takes minutes, not weeks.
Activate your modules
Every module is on from day one. Turn on what your operation needs now. Everything shares the same contact database automatically.
Watch it compound
A broadcast drives a post. A post drives a contact. A contact signs a contract. A contract triggers an invoice. The chain was invisible before. Now it is your dashboard.

Request demoMost businesses run on a fragmented stack of tools that were never designed to talk to each other. Every sync is a failure point. Every subscription is a seat tax. Every new hire needs five logins.
The fragmented stack
HubSpot for contacts. Mailchimp for email. Buffer for social. DocuSign for contracts. Stripe for billing. Google Analytics for stats. FreshDesk for support. Notion for docs. Eight tools. Eight bills. Eight places your data lives and dies.
Krato
One login. Every contact, email, post, contract, invoice, stat, ticket, and document lives in one environment. Your CRM contacts are your email audience. Your invoices link to contact timelines. Your analytics track the same people your support team talks to. No sync. No duplication. No glue.
What fragmentation costs
The average SMB pays for 8 to 14 SaaS tools that overlap in function. Data that should inform decisions is siloed across platforms. Your team context-switches constantly. Integrations break silently. 43% of all SaaS seats purchased go underutilized. You pay per seat across all of them.
What unification gives you
Every action any team member takes enriches the same record. Every insight is available from the same screen. Onboarding a new hire means one account. Cancelling means one cancellation. The compounding clarity of a unified system is not a feature. It is the product.
Every contact. One timeline. Zero sync jobs.
Krato's CRM is not a bolt-on. Every module writes to the same contact record. An email opened, a social post liked, a contract signed, an invoice paid, a QR code scanned. All of it lands on one timeline per contact, in real time, with no Zapier in between. Custom fields, segmentation tags, pipeline stages, and full activity history included from day one.
Your CRM is your list. Your list is your audience. Always.
There is no import step. The contacts you manage in CRM are your broadcast audience automatically, with all their segments and tags. Drag-drop email builder, behavioral trigger sequences, A/B subject line testing, suppression lists, and delivery analytics. Replace Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, and Klaviyo entirely.
One composer. Five platforms. All your media already there.
Schedule and publish to Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, and TikTok from one composer. Your Krato media gallery is your content library. Post history, draft queues, per-platform analytics, and best-time suggestions. No Hootsuite. No Buffer. No copy-pasting captions across five apps at midnight.
Most organizations identify 14 tools they can cancel before day one.
Not because Krato promises to. Because every module you already needed is already here, already sharing the same data, already included in one monthly price. The global SMB software market exceeds $150B annually. Krato addresses the fragmentation at its core: a single unified environment that makes consolidation the default, not the exception. The math does itself.

More from the Newsroom
We built Krato because we needed it ourselves.
A focused founding team with deep roots in business operations, software infrastructure, and human performance science. Backed by two decades of direct operator experience. Two open co-founder seats for the right people.
Currently in active development · Early access open to founding organizations.
For two decades, Pavlos has studied one question: why do capable people consistently operate below their potential? In classrooms, on stage, and inside organizations. TEDx Speaker, author of the Busy Is a Lie series, creator of MAP and Gestaltango. The answer was always the same: the infrastructure around them was working against them. So he built Krato himself, from first principles, as both the product vision and the code behind it.
Seeking · CTO
The product is built and live. We need an engineering co-founder to own the architecture, harden the stack, and scale what's already working.

Built for scale. Seeking the right partners.
Krato is pre-seed and raising. We are looking for investors and accelerators who understand the $150B+ SMB software market and why consolidation wins.
The thesis
The average SMB pays for 8 to 14 disconnected SaaS tools that share no data. Every sync is a failure point. Every new tool is a new contract, a new seat, a new onboarding. Krato makes the unified platform the default, not the upgrade.
The moat
A single contact database shared across every module creates compounding lock-in that no single-purpose tool can replicate. The longer an organization runs on Krato, the deeper the data integration and the higher the switching cost. This is structural, not feature-based.
The market
Global SMB software spend exceeds $150B annually. The top 14 tools Krato replaces collectively bill over $10B per year. We are not competing for a category. We are creating the layer beneath all of them.
The stage
Product is live and in early access. Founder-led development from first principles. Pre-seed round open. Actively seeking lead investor, accelerator placement (YC, Antler, Creative Destruction Lab), and strategic angels with SaaS distribution experience.
Built on the open web platform with zero framework dependencies. No React. No Angular. No legacy technical debt.
Zero-dependency architecture
The entire product runs on native Web Platform APIs. No framework lock-in means no version migration cycles, no supply-chain vulnerabilities, and a codebase that compounds rather than accumulates debt.
Single data model
Every module writes to one contact record, one authentication layer, one analytics pipeline. This is not an integration — it is the architecture. The data model is the IP.
Progressive Web App
Installable on any device. Offline-capable. Push notifications. No App Store approval cycle. Updates deploy instantly. The distribution model has zero platform tax.
First-party data by design
No third-party tracking. No cookie consent for first-party analytics. GDPR-compliant from the data model up. Privacy is not a compliance layer — it is a competitive advantage with enterprise and nonprofit buyers.

Migration review
If you're evaluating a switch, we will map your current stack against Krato module by module at no cost.
No sales pressure
If Krato is not the right fit for your operation right now, we will tell you. Every decision serves the mission, not the funnel.
